By using CanopyCue, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
What CanopyCue provides
CanopyCue offers practical sustainability guidance and AI-assisted conversation. It currently has no user accounts, paid subscriptions, or in-app purchases.
AI limitations
AI-generated guidance may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. It is general information, not professional, medical, legal, financial, engineering, emergency, or other expert advice. Check important information and use appropriate professional help before acting on high-stakes guidance.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the content you submit and decisions you make. Do not use CanopyCue to break the law, harm others, interfere with the service, bypass usage limits, probe security, or submit content you do not have the right to use.
Availability and limits
The service may be changed, limited, suspended, or unavailable. CanopyCue enforces request and spending limits to protect reliability and control cost. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, preservation of local data, or a particular AI response.
Ownership and third-party services
Banana Apps LLC and its licensors own CanopyCue and its software, branding, and provided content. You retain rights in content you submit. Cloudflare, OpenAI, Apple, and any destination you choose through the iOS share sheet operate under their own terms and policies.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CanopyCue is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Banana Apps LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or opportunities arising from your use of the app.
Changes and contact
